Well! I've been busy, but not necessarily have sketches to show for it. This time I have COLORED pieces, ho my god. Isn't that amazing? Plus I have some fanart for a special birthday lady that I ... missed. Cos I'm a loser. I'm so late, but does it count anyways??? Maybe.

Here's the Nolan that I drew before, colored. Lookit all the freckles he has. Ignore the white dots around him. I wanted him to be a transparent .Gif cos I thought it was COOL. LEAVE ME BE.

And here's the Garrick I drew colored, too! His teeth look even more atrocious in color.

Aand here's something new! A Bridger I drew and colored. I was playing around with a new coloring style on all of these, and I was having fun and hopefully it looks not so bad. Yay Illustrator!

And lastly, here's Pinter~! Hope you like it, and I'm sorry I missed your birthday. I'm such a freaking loser.

And sorry if I haven't posted comments, or replied or done anything like that lately. I've been extremely lazy. I blame that. There's really nothing else at fault here...

Nothin' to say here. Been feeling kind of out of it and anxious, but I'll get over it. Forward motion, right? RIGHT.

Here are some drawings.

First, some Nolan. Awwww, we like Nolan, don't we? Nolan's a really secretive sort of guy, who loves listening to other people and observing, but hates talking about himself. He'll always change the subject to you, or the weather, or something. I always imagined his voice to be the guy from Poets of the Fall, really. Then some Garrick with his bad teeth. It's funny how people tell me they like his crooked teeth, but I bet if he were real everybody'd tell him to just cut the crap and go to the fuckin' dentist. Not to say I don't like drawing his crooked teeth. XD

And lastly, some more Brannon. Sick of him yet? I'm not. Too bad it's kind of a crap drawing. But OH WELLS.

Oh man, today's sketchdump is really poor. I'm so sorry. It's like three measley things but I was *NOT* drawing well tonight, so just a heads up.

First picture is of a very crappy Volek. He's a class of demon called a 'terror'. At least in my head, he is. God he's so crap, I'm sorry.

And next is Nolan. Because he's so stoic sometimes, even through the most frightening situations, but on the inside he's really screaming like a little girl.

Lastly, chemicalpanic asked if demons get spam about tail enlargement and stuff. SO NOW THEY TOTALLY DO.

Poor Brannon.

And moar characters! Holy crap. Life has been pretty laid back, especially this weekend. Accidentally fell asleep really EARLY yesterday because I'm a bum. Wow. I'm like 90 years old or something. I forget to take my pills and my vitamins and I fall asleep early and forget everything. This is only going to get worse, I foresee it.

Anyways, enough about my boring life.

This post is going to be all about how Garrick got his scar. Awwww. Which involves two other people (demons, respectively). Their names are Brannon (left), and Janel (right).

Aren't they so fat and SQUISH? Anyways. It's the typical love story of awww, they love each other SO FRIGGIN' MUCH that they gave their hearts to each other LITERALLY, because they're demons and they can do that apparently, despite how gross it actually is. But anyways, here's another drawing of them together.

Anyways, they start squabbling pretty bad and out of fear of Brannon taking his heart back, Janel hides his heart from him, in a small box somewhere I have no idea where. I've really thought this out, shut up. Enter Garrick, who is brilliant in his own right (*coff* yeah right *coff*). He stumbles upon the hidden box, like SO:

Brilliant piece of man meat, isn't he?

He gets caught and Janel is so frustrated with him that she comes upon a brilliant new idea! The ULTIMATE hiding place for Brannon's heart would be inside a puny mortal human - he'd never think to look there! So she swaps out Garrick's heart with the one in the box, and meanwhile, Brannon has NO IDEA.

I suck at telling stories. I tell them like a retard.

So that is how Garrick has his scar. He's currently walking around with a demon heart (which he benefits from in some ways), and Janel sort of regrets doing what she did but she can't undo it without completely killing Garrick, and for some reason unknown to me, she cares. All she hopes is that Brannon never finds out.

Tell 'em Garrick.

So I'm sort of terribly self conscious of my ideas of late, but HERE IT IS OUT IN THE OPEN FOR YOU. Hope you like it or found my crappy storytelling abilities somewhat amusing. In case you were wondering, this is all part of a pretty big comic plan I've had turning around in my head because I APPARENTLY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH. Don't worry, I haven't abandoned UL&K though. I just like playing around with ideas. Here's some more sketches that I did concerning the couple and Garrick.

And some drawings of Brannon cos I really like him because HOLY CRAP he has tiny horns and a tiny tail. Which in the demon world is like REALLY laughable. The bigger your horns and tail are, the more powerful you are, and it's an attractive feature, and sort of 'says a lot about you'. Poor Brannon has no articulation in his tail really, he can't lift things up or wrap it around things or open doors with it. He's just stuck to wagging it like a puppy. :D

So Brannon gets picked on a lot. For sure. Plus his girlfriend has bigger horns and a tail than HE does, and that's just embarassing. 8C

Aren't you glad I LJ-cut all this? This was a load. Holy crap. I'm sorry. Love you guys.

Woo! More sketches! Nothing really new in the real life portion of my world...so...

Here's a colored pic of Dominic that I'm hesitant to post on DA cos I wanted to make a full character sheet with it. It's also obviously my icon.

And here are some Dominic faces and a Dom squish I drew...Ignore the anatomically retarded hand.

Some more Garrick! I love Garrick. He's annoying and likes to get rises out of people. He has a temper like nobody's business too, but he's relatively harmless. All bark, no bite sort of people. As for his pose, I have no idea what I was thinking. He looks like he can't walk, or if he can, he walks like a retard. So I apologize for that.

One day I'll explain what his scar is when I'm still not mega self-conscious....boooo....

And lastly, some Nolan, another new character. Holy characters, batman! How many do you have, Tessa? Way too many. DON'T JUDGE ME.

Anyways, Nolan is your average gay middle-aged guy. He, too, has a bit of a receding hairline, but it's less obvious than Dominic's.

And that's all for tonight. Man I seriously need to get new icons, and I wanna make little custom mood things. I'm so excitable.

So I guess this is how it works...

I haven't had an LJ in a long ass time, so this all feels new to me. But I made it to be primarily a sketch dump, so here goes!

One of my newer characters, Garrick. He likes to yell, and it becomes apparent that Tessa likes grumpy, yelly characters. Is there no end to them?

Then I've got a lethargic, very casual demon named Bridger who wears shorts and looks like he cut his own hair without looking in the mirror:

I'll probably write up more about each character later when I feel more comfortable with this thing. I can't help but feel like I'm spamming or something. D: How do you get nervous writing an LJ? I'm so weird.
